Meat-filled udon at Romantei

A udon restaurant where meat is the main ingredient in everyday life

And so Romantei, the Niku Bukkake Udon restaurant, was born.

We offer generous portions and cooking methods that bring out the flavor of high-quality meat.

The main ingredient is juicy pork belly, which allows you to enjoy the delicious flavor of the meat.

The udon noodles are made from Sanuki udon noodles cut with a knife. The soup stock is made from konbu kelp and dried urume.

The amount of seasoning is intentionally kept low so that the meat can stand out.

Both the stewed beef and the soup stock are prepared in-house every morning.
